With the Can-O-Worms you get the same advantages as The Worm Bin in a high tech, user friendly set up. Made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic the Can-O-Worms consists of a ventilated lid, three perforated feeding trays and base collector tray with spigot.

Simply start by putting the coco fiber bedding (included) in the bottom tray and add worms, then feed in the same manner as The Worm Bin. After the worms have composted the lower tray start putting your scraps in the next tray up. The worms work their way up through the holes in the bottom of the tray into the middle tray. Once you start using the top tray the worms have moved out of the lower tray leaving over a half cubic foot of nutrient rich worm castings in the bottom tray.

If you start with 1 pound of worms you will have your first tray of castings in about 6 to 9 months. Use 2 pounds to start with and you can cut that time to about 4 to 6 months. After your first harvest you can expect a tray of castings every month or two. The Can-O-Worms comes with bedding material and a complete instruction booklet, all you add are worms and what you did not finish at dinner last night.
